1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 4–21 business days after processing
International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range between 4–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hashoutz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the package
- Shipping destination
- Chosen shipping method
Free shipping is available on orders over $50
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.
6. International Orders and Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
